Dennings was in a romance to Nick Zano (co-star of "2 Broke Girls") between 2011 and the year 2014. After breaking up her relationship, she began to date singer Josh Groban. The pair remained in love to 2016. Dennings first came across Andrew W.K., a musician, in the beginning of 2021. They soon began dating and confirmed their engagement in the month of the May of 2021. Dennings had been a big lover of the musician since 2014.
