She oversees all our practices that deal with people, management of people, Talent Management, and Cultural Development. Annmarie Fairweather is a Human Resources Leader with over thirty years of knowledge. She has collaborated with executives from various industries to help improve business performance, specifically when growth is rapid. Annmarie is a respected advisor who has helped translate the goals of an organization and their strategies into the people and business strategy by focusing on the management of change and engagement for employees. Awed by management, she believes that team building and learning as an essential element to gain an advantage in the marketplace. The vast experience she has gained with medium and small-sized businesses as well as Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders with demonstrated positive results helped cultivate organizational cultures that embodied learning innovation and change to positively impact individuals teams and organizations. Annmarie's love of Learning Ally has inspired her to dedicate her talents and time to this cause. In addition, she is a supporter of several nonprofit organizations in the time she has off. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to helping women become leaders. Annmarie also offers training for the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
