Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing the best version of her body each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. It is her favorite to do bent-over rows and single-arm lat-pull-downs (on an exercise machine) along with pull-ups and sitting-rows. It is common to warm up first, followed by an actual workout. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. Ariel accomplishes this by creating all of the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets with 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this kind of routine twice per week, with one day being light weight day, another day that is heavy.
